Altor Industries bathroom pods are perfect for either new builds or renovations. They can either be dismantled and carried in through existing doors for renovations or slotted in by crane in a single unit for new builds.

We have our own Installation department and our own site foremen. You have a single contact person on site who will work with you to define the schedule. We can handle the entire operation, including unloading, installation and connections.

The pods are fully equipped: Toilet, faucets, grab bars, flush mechanisms, etc. All necessary hook-ups are provided: plumbing, wiring, ventilation, etc.

Altor uses only well-known brands to ensure reliability: Norbau accessories, Villeroy et Boch toilet, Geberit flush mechanism, etc. For specific projects, we can supply the brands selected by the owner or architect. Contact us with your specific needs.

Our pods can cost up to 10% less than standard bathrooms. With Altor's prefabricated solution, you no longer need to manage several trades at once, such as plumbers, tilers, drywallers and masons. The bathroom is installed and ready to use in less than 1 day.

Altor provides a ten-year warranty on its products, covering damage to the structure, even if we do not perform the installation. Accessories are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, namely 2 years for accessories and 10 years for faucet fittings.

Altor still provides the 10-year warranty and the warranty on accessories (2 years). The owner is still covered. For connections and hook-ups, our warranty covers the services provided by the manufacturer.

Environmentally friendly means choosing solutions that save energy, either in the building or during construction. We offer solutions that promote energy and water savings: low-flow faucets, dual flow flush control systems, low voltage lighting, aerators, etc. And during construction, our polyester solution generates significantly less carbon equivalents than other materials used for prefabricated bathrooms.

Polyester pods can easily be recycled. The nylon, copper and metal accessories are re-used in various industries. The polyester walls can be compacted into pellets and mixed with tar for roads or incinerated to generate energy. It is not considered as special industrial waste. We already recycle our production waste in this manner.

- Factory prefabrication ensures that the pods remain perfectly sealed and watertight over time. The seals are concealed and require no maintenance.
- The walls are assembled with wide angles for easy cleaning.
- Most cleaning and care products used in health care are compatible. Easy to clean.
- Polyester can be repaired if damaged. A good repair will not be visible.
- We offer a line of standard accessories, but we can also supply other brands selected by the owner.
